• Trips cancelled more than 4 weeks before date of trip will receive a 100% refund less £25 admin fee.

• Trips cancelled less than 4 weeks before date will receive a 75% refund.

• For cruise ship passengers – If your ship can not dock in Lerwick due to weather conditions you will receive a 75% refund. (this covers lost booking opportunties & costs incurred by myself and other service providers).

Please note that for returning customers who wish to reschedule their tour for anytime in the future, this amount will be held in credit for future tours.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance that covers such eventualities.
